Here are some of the highlights
from the Interview.
Tommy: Let's do a role
call here real quick and why don't you introduce yourselves
and tell us who you are so we can get used to your voices.
Jordan Yates: What's
up everyone, I'm Jordan and I'm 14.
Carolyne Myers: I'm Carolyne
Myers and I'm 11.
Caroline Williams: I'm
Caroline Williams and I'm 12 years old.
Tommy: Now you guys have
a brand new CD coming out this Tuesday, May 1st. Why don't
you tell us all about it.
Jordan Yates: Yes our
CD comes out May 1st and we're super excited about that
um, I think it's going to be really a fun CD. We've already
listened to it a lot
Carolyne Myers: It's
really upbeat.
Jordan Yates: It's really
upbeat and high energy and um I think you'll all like
it.
Carolyne Myers: Kinda
of like what Jordan said. It's really upbeat, it's great.
I think everybody will like it or the tweenage kids.
Caroline Williams: And
it has a message.
Tommy: Now this CD is
the result of a lot of hard work. Why don't you tell us
about your journey of getting to where you are right now,
like when you started.
Carolyne Myers: Oh, well
we all have been dancing together since we were about
three and four years old and so we met a dance studio
call DC Dance Factory. Caroline and I were in the same
class and Jordan was in an older class with our older
siblings. And then when we were a little bit older we
had gotten called for these auditions and we didn't even
know that all of us were going to be there so it was like
a big coincidence. And we were there and we auditioned
and then we became pureNRG.
Tommy: Awesome. So you
guys have been dancing for quite awhile.
pureNRG: Yes sir.
Tommy: For those people
that want to see you and they want to check you out they
can also check out your new video for the song Footloose.
Why don't you tell us about it.
Jordan Yates: Its really
funny. A lot of the parts are just like the outtakes that
we were just playing around and goofin off and I think
you all will laugh at it a lot cause it's really funny.
Carolyne Myers: But it's
not just goofing off and stuff. It's our personalities
that he just put into the video and it really just shows
what we are like instead of just being so serious.
Caroline Williams: I
think the director was really good for us because we have
the same personality as him.
