DC Games - June 9, 2006

Here are some of the highlights from the Interview.

Raul: Okay, here with you again Brenda Song, member of Team Blue.

Brenda Song: Yes, we’re the Big Team Blue wreckin’ crew who’s gonna beat who? You! It’s our chant.

Raul: And you’re the captain though.

Brenda Song: Yes I am.

Raul: How did that happen?

Brenda Song: I have no idea why they chose me but all I can do is be the best team leader I can be and listen to my teammates, it’s all about a big group effort and hopefully we can take this thing!

Raul:You and all your Disney Channel friends, we’re all hear and this is going to be airing later this summer and this is going to be a fun thing for people to watch.

Monique Coleman: Absolutely we are so excited about it. The Blue Team, I mean especially we’re just amazing. So I’m sure we’re gonna win, actually I’m positive of it.

Raul: Well blue is my favorite color so…

Monique Coleman: Oh lovely – yay!!!

Raul: Disney Channel Games and you’re a member of the Blue Team.

Vanessa Anne Hudgens: Yes, I am. Along with Corbin and Monique.

Raul: And what are your skills, what are you going to be doing.

Vanessa Anne Hudgens: Well yesterday, me and Ashley were the first to compete on an obstacle course. It was so sad cause we had to compete against each other and we’re best friends, it was really tough, but I won. But it was really fun. I’m a girly girl but when it comes to being athletic I’m really good and I’m kinda competitive. So, I’m not so sure what we’ll be doing today but if it has something to do with strength then I’m hoping that I will come through for the Blue Team.

Raul: It’s really cool for you cause your part of the Blue Team here at the Disney Channel Games.

Corbin Bleu: Yes

Raul: And who else is on your team?

Corbin Bleu: For the guys, it’s me, Jason Earls and Cole Sprouse. Then for the girls we have Monique Coleman, Vanessa Anne Hudgens and Brenda Song. So, we actually have a really good team cause when it comes to the girls all of them are really funny cause all of them have that spunk in them. So, between Brenda, Monique and Vanessa they all have that little spitfire in them and so the can totally get that aggression going and go full force.
