Happy New Year… last night I spent my last full day of vacation in Orlando, FL! I’m returning to the friendly confines of MN later today and hopefully I’ll have some pictures to post from the trip.

Here’s a great story to kick off the year! Lance Bass recently paid a visit and sang Happy Birthday to Ashley Thomas at the Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital. Eight days earlier, surgeons removed a tumor from her brain.

Also be sure to check out the new ZOEgirl interview that I added today! Check it out.. the girls have something great to say. I’ve got some great interview opportunities that seem to be falling in to place so look for some more great stuff this year.

Tune into VH1 this Monday at 9pm to see AJ McLean re-decorate a room in his number one fan’s house.

A favorite from a few years back… in the Image section you’ll find an autographed cover of M2M’s debut CD Shades Of Purple. Their song Don’t Say You Love Me is a definite pop classic in my book – be sure to check out their T2 interview!

Oh yeah, start the year in style with brand spankin’ new bargain bin priced Tommy2.Net stickers. For more info click here.

Radio & Records has rated ZOEgirl the 6th Major Impact Artist in Christian CHR Music for the year 2002.

The Video Premiere Awards have been announced for 2002 and here are a few of the nominees for Best Original Song (in a DVD premiere movie):

Follow Your Heart– Brooke Allison, Cinderella II
Put It Together (Bibbidi, Bobbidi, Boo) – Brooke Allison, Cinderella II
Singin’ To The Song Of Life – Mandy Moore, Tarzan & Jane
I’m Gonna Love You – Jennifer Love Hewitt, The Hunchback Of Notre Dame II
Wish Upon A Star – Samantha Mumba, Barbie as Rapunzel

Hats off to Brooke Allison – I was extremely surprised with her contributions to the Cinderella II soundtrack. Her songs (in my opinion) are the best part of the movie. If you’re looking the songs, they’re available on a Disney CD that goes under the name Princess Favorites.

I hope all of you got to catch Disney’s Very Merry Christmas Parade! Jump5’s performance to Beauty and the Beast was great, Hilary Duff’s appearance was also a treat! Not to mention – hopefully we’ll have a whole new wave of new Jump5 fans as we go into the new year!

Nickelodeon has been airing Jump5 commercials offering a special holiday deal. For $17.99 you can get All The Time In The World, All The Joy In The World, plus your choice of one of the two DVD’s.

Hopefully yesterday you were rockin’ around the Christmas Tree… to stay with the theme you’ll find an autographed copy of Bon Jovi – New Jersey in the Image section.
