Yesterday, Action Item kicked off fundraising for their first full-length album, Great Mission, via Indiegogo. Here’s some of the great perks available: Postcards from the Road, VIP for life, and the chance to go on tour with Action Item for up to four days! You can help support them for as little as $1, for more details visit indiegogo.com.

After a 10 year hiatus O-Town is back. Check out their new video on YouTube featuring Dan Miller, Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, and Trevor Penick in which they share their goal of creating new music and heading out on a new tour.

Fans of Savvy finally get to see the groups first music video after signing with Cash Money Records over 2 1/2 years ago. Shake Rattle ‘N Roll is now online at YouTube. Unfortunately, this video pales in comparison to their phenomenal music video to Young N Reckless directed by Wayne Isham (Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston) that was shelved and will never see the light of day. #BadLabelDecisions

Actors Emma Watson, Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly and Logan Lerman attended the UK Premiere of Noah yesterday at the Odeon Leicester Square in London, England. Yes, it appears Emma… I mean Hermione was mobbed by Harry Potter fans seeking autographs.

Last night on Dancing With the Stars, James Maslow & Peta Murgatroyd earned four 9’s (36) for their Jive and Cody Simpson & Witney Carson received 35 points for their jazz routine to Surfboard. No contestants were eliminated  due to the fact that Billy Dee Williams withdrew from the competition.

Never say die! The cast of the CW’s Star-Crossed continues to hit social media every Monday night to promote their new episodes. Pictured above: Malese Jow tweeting with fans last night.

March 23rd, 2014

Funniest sight to see is actors silently acting their scenes to no one in particular in an audition waiting room.

Bangerz Tour struggling to sell tickets due to high prices, Megan and Liz return to Nashville, Before You Exit and Madison Beer at photo shoot, Savvy to document their journey on YouTube, The Hunger Games Catching Fire coming March 7th

January 25th, 2014

Are you planning on going to the Bangerz Tour? A new article at Forbes points out very compelling reasons why you should wait. According to their data, there are over 4,000 tickets to each show available via the secondary market (brokers/scalpers) and tickets are already selling under face value. In other words, the shows aren’t selling out and the odds are good that come showtime it’ll be a buyers market. Even if you’re not a Miley fan, this article is a must read and brings up the argument of taking a longer-term approach with your fans vs. “wringing out every last dollar” (which is what caused the Jonas Brothers business model to collapse).

From Michigan, to Nashville, to Los Angeles, and now back to Nashville! Megan & Liz have announced they’ll be relocating to Nashville, on Twitter they went on to say that “Nashville is the place that inspires us most, so we’ve decided that that’s where we need to be.”

That means new videos of them working in the studio, at dance rehearsals, and group experiences inside and outside of our homes. Two weeks from today they’ll be relaunching Savvy Saturdays on YouTube.
