Cody Simpson has revealed details his new album Surfers Paradise will be released worldwide on July 16th. Surfers Paradise is basically the most famous area on the Gold Coast of Australia, where I am from,” explains Simpson. “I think this album really represents that piece of me, my lifestyle, and where I come from. When making my first album Paradise it was sort of a journey to find myself as a young adult & artist. With Surfers Paradise the entire process felt more natural and comfortable, like being back home. I wanted to share that feeling with my fans.”

Honor Society finishes out their Kickstarter campaign for Overnight Success with over $52,000 dollars in pledges! Is it me or does it seem like this band will easily be sticking around for another 10 years with the fan support they continue to receive?

Complaints via Social media caused Disney Channel to rethink a new installment to one of their hit shows. Last night the network pulled a new episode of Jessie, titled Quitting Cold Koala. Below is the statement they posted on Facebook.
To our viewers, we received your feedback about tonight’s “Jessie” episode which some of you accessed early on Video-on-Demand. We are removing this particular episode from our regular programming schedule and will re-evaluate its references to gluten restrictions in the character’s diet. Please accept our apologies for the upset this episode caused you and your family. We value your feedback and thank you for watching Disney Channel.

I can’t wait! Here’s a snapshot from the CW Upfronts presentation featuring their new show Star-Crossed (Malese Jow). You can check out a trailer for this new show online at CWTV.com.
