Three years ago today on Disney Channel the Original Movie Cow Belles starring Alyson and Amanda Michalka made its debut and provided strong ratings for the first ever airing of Hannah Montana

March 24th, 2009

Happy Birthday! Three years ago today on Disney Channel the Original Movie Cow Belles starring Alyson and Amanda Michalka made its debut and provided strong ratings for the first ever airing of Hannah Montana (featuring a guest appearance by Corbin Bleu). Cow Belles airs on Disney Channel tomorrow night at 7pm Central.

Teenage Girls turned up in swarms to watch Taylor Swift perform at the Houston Rodeo Friday night. She performed to a record-breaking crowd of 72,658, beating the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus’ previous record performances.

Mandisa: Freedom – the sophomore album from American Idol season 5 contestant featuring her new single “My Deliverer.”

The Hannah Montana Movie: Soundtrack – featuring new songs by Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Billy Ray Cyrus, and more. Kmart has a free poster. iTunes had a pre-order exclusive version featuring four music videos and a digital booklet. Catch the movie in theaters April 10th! Purchase at iTunes and support Tommy2.Net.

NOW: 30 – featuring hit songs from Lady GaGa, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Kevin Rudolf, Rihanna, Pussycat Dolls, Pink, David Archuleta, The All-American Rejects, David Cook, Katy Perry, Jason Mraz, Taylor Swift, and more.

Bolt (DVD/Blu-ray) – starring the voices of Miley Cyrus and John Travolta. Walmart has a comic book. Special Edition also available.

Lilo & Stitch: Big Wave Edition (DVD) – a 2-disc special edition featuring all-new bonus material including “A Stitch In Time: Follow Stitch Through The Disney Year,” “The Look Of Lilo & Stitch,” “The Story Room: A New And Interactive Look At The Animation Process,” and a music video for “Your ‘Ohana” by the Hawaiian Chorus.

Quantum Of Solace (DVD/Blu-ray) – starring Daniel Craig. Walmart has a James Bond calendar. Best Buy has a Blu-ray set containing this and two other James Bond films for $59.99. Other Blu-ray sets and single-disc versions for other James Bond films are also available. A Special Edition is also available. [PG-13] To read the review by T2, click here.

Secrets Of The Furious Five (DVD) – Previously packaged with Kung Fu Panda, this film is now available separate for the first time.

Pokemon: Platinum (DS) – Kmart has a free Nintendo DS case and Walmart has an exclusive set including the game, Giratina figure, and a Nintendo DS case. Those who pre-ordered the game also received the Giratina figure.

Should we be surprised? In the past, the fans have taken down MTV.com, Justin.tv and more – so we shouldn’t be surprised that the official Team Jonas fan club website wasn’t able to complete advanced ticket sale transactions. The fan club is in the process of contacting fan club members individually with a solution so that they can purchase tickets prior to the general public on sale.

TV Fanatic.com reports that Corbin Bleu has been signed for the pilot of the new CW series A Beautiful Life alongside Mischa Barton.

Here’s a look at Tiffany Giardina at this weekend’s One Is Greater Than None benefit concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC. Tiffany co-hosted the event and performers included Push Play, Saving Jane, Tamarama, Graham Colton, and WOW. Tiffany even came out during Push Play’s set to do a special cover of Don’t You Want Me Baby. (Pictured above: Tiffany walking the red carpet, posing in front of the stage and with Push Play).

Katelynne Cox finishes up shopping for her photo shoot that will be taking place today in Nashville, TN. (Pictured above: Katelynne with her sister and manager Derek Bruner).

And amazing opportunity for Keke Palmer! It official that she’ll be starring in the upcoming film, Oreo… and that’s not all, she’ll also bee the films producer! At this time production may start this fall or early 2010.

MSN has an impressive indepth article about what it takes to produce an episode of Disney Channel’s Phineas and Ferb. K.O. Pemberton takes you to Disney Studios in Burbank, CA to experience exactly goes into the show with several behind-the-scenes videos.
