In stores today – the Lizzie McGuire Movie Soundtrack. It’s got gold written all over it.

During S Club’s show at the Docklands Arena they announced they would be calling it quits at the end of May. Shortly after leaving the stage, they released the following statement.

With any job there comes a time to move on and to face new challenges. We’ve had a fantastic four years in S Club. We’ve experienced so much more than we ever imagined and we’ve enjoyed a huge amount of success. We can’t thank each and every one of our fans enough for their constant support and we hope that they will continue to support and understand us in our decision.

The recent announcement is not the only change to S Club… S Club juniors have changed their name to S Club 8.

They’ve also announced the upcoming release of a greatest hits, entitled: BeSt on June 2nd. For the full article posted on the BBC Website, click here.

Radio Disney fan’s dig Dig It by D-Tent Boys. Over the weekend on the Music Mailbag 91% of the respondents picked it! The single from the Holes Soundtrack has been testing extremely well.

Ever wonder what songs were hot in programming on Radio Disney? Here’s the top ten programmed songs for the last two weeks of March!

1. Hilary Duff -I Can’t Wait
2. Rose Falcon – Up, Up, Up
3. Jennifer Lopez – Jenny From The Block
4. Avril Lavigne – Complicated
5. Justin Timberlake – Cry Me A River
6. Baha Men – Who Let The Dogs Out
7. Pink – Get The Party Started
8 Aaron Carter – I Want Candy
9. Hampton The Hampster – Hampsterdance
10. Britney Spears – Oops I Did It Again

Oh… and I can’t leave off Stevie Brock who was 11th. His debut single All For Love was played an impressive 58 times over those two weeks!

Be sure to check out the new video today! I hope you find it humorous.

NEWSFLASH!! – Plus One signs with Inpop Records! They’ve also signed with all-new management and booking agencies. Their next album will transition them into a rock band in which they’ll be playing instruments (aka no more choreography). (credit: Tiffany)

S Club along with Emma Bunton, Will Young, and S Club Juniors recently made an appearance for the UK premiere of “Seeing Double”. Even though summer hasn’t arrived, Tina decided to go ‘Diva Style’ with a dress without much for insulation. To read an article and view images from the occasion click here If you look in the background, you’ll see fans dressed properly… aka hooded coats and sweatshirts. I must say, I have one question for Tina… how do you go to the bathroom with that on?

She’s at it again! Marie Serneholt of the A-Teens has once again been nominated as one of the Sexiest Women in Sweden by Sweden’s Café Magazine. Currently subscribers are voting on their favorite nomination. The totals will be posted next month.

On Sunday in East Norwalk, Connecticut Jesse McCartney had his first solo performance. He sang three of his new songs including, Beautiful Soul. Jesse’s family attended the show and former Dream Street member Greg Raposo was also seen in the crowd. (Credit: Sara)

This week is a big one for Play since they have officially released their single I Must Not Chase The Boys to CHR/POP radio stations. Be sure to call your favorite station and let them know you’d like them to add this single to their playlist. The release of the single was published in Radio & Records and can be found here, just scroll all the way to the bottom. (credit: Andrew)

Here’s a funny story on the latest copy protection scheme failing miserably! It’s the account of a radio station that recently received a new single from EMI and were unable to play it. Apparently to the play the CD, software had to be installed and management would not authorize the installation.

Be sure to tune into American Idol tonight for a special performance by Kelly Clarkson!

And of course right here we have a new T2 Video clip for all you Jason Perry fans. After the official announcement of him leaving Plus One to pursue a solo career I thought fans might enjoy a tribute segment from last years Obvious Tour. Click here to download the video.

Also, since I haven’t included my Spring Break videos in the video section you can still check them out, enjoy! The Strongest Man 3.3 meg and Vortex Go Cart Racing 2.9 meg.

It seems a bug has been spreading around the SClub Juniors camp as one by one they’re getting sick. They had to cancel a performance at Top Of The Pops due to it. Hopefully they get well soon. Don’t forget to bundle up tight in these winter months! (credit: Les J.)

Earlier this week Kevin Richardson of the Backstreet Boys was rumored to have paid a visit to see Nick Carter in Kansas City.

Today I added autographed copy of Christina Milian’s debut single AM to PM in the Image section!
