This weeks charts definitely reveal some interesting data. Kidz Bop 24 debuts with over 61,000 units sold! Perhaps, it’s time for the new guard at Radio Disney to see that Kidz Bop is taking the phrase “Your Music, Your Way” and running with it as the network continues to blend with the CHR and Hot AC formats (for Moms). The Teen Beach Movie soundtrack had what you would call a so/so week selling 25,000. However, it’s the second week that will truly define how well the made for TV movie was received.

Yesterday Selena Gomez visited the iHeartRadio headquarters and had a lot of “firsts” with iHeartRadio’s own Paul The Web Guy. Selena revealed exclusively her plans to rap on her next tour, showed off her beatboxing skills and even gives us details on her dating life. Watch this great segment at iHeart.com.

Check out 78Violet‘s Tastemakers Session at Billboard.com. It includes a short Q&A with Alyson and AJ Michalka as well as performance of their new songs Hothouse and Boy. By the way, did you notice that #Hothouse was a Worldwide Trending Topic last night on Twitter?

Must listen! Tonight Alive has posted an extended preview of their new single Lonely Girl on YouTube. Give it a listen and you’ll see why they are currently my favorite band.

In less the two weeks Megan & Liz will kick off their first ever headlining tour. Get your tickets at MeganandLiz.com.
