Buzzfeed has a new article titled, 29 Singers Only Millennials Know Ever Existed, which provides a fun bit of nostalgia. However, writer Matt Stopera just like many others puts his foot in his mouth by having know clue regarding what he’s talking about. Such as Aly & AJ? Between their acting careers and current single, they’ve had more than enough exposure to be know by more than Millenials. How about Stacie Orrico? Before she made an impact on the Pop charts, her songs were also topping the Christian Music Charts, note: Christian Radio which is serves adult audiences that age from 25-54. Then there’s 3LW, who the writer fails to acknowledged went on to be 2/3rds of The Cheetah Girls. And then you can’t help but notice almost 1/3rd of the a few of the names on the list are foreign acts that were near the top in their home countries and were barely pushed in the states (which is common). Such as:

BBMak – England
Emma Bunton – England
Fefe Dobson – Canada
Lillix – Canada
Paulina Rubio – Mexico
Play – Sweden
Samantha Mumba – Ireland
Thalia – Mexico

Sidenote: Vitamin C has been making quite an impact in music. Over 10 years ago she was developing a young singer/actor named Booboo Stewart, who you know from Descendants and Twilight. From there she went to work with Hayley Kiyoko who was just on MTV’s TRL last week and Tinashe who’s album Aquarius debuted at 17 on Billboard 200. She was also featured on Britney Spears recent single, Slumber Party.

Lorde was recently photographed wearing Junk Food Clothing during a backstage meet-and-greet on her Melodrama Tour!  The singer posed with a fan in her No Thank You Tee.

Tonight, Sabrina Carpenter will be performing on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.
