Breaking news! Caitlin & Carly Kalafus are no longer with Kicking Daisies (Radio Disney Season 4 NBT Winners). As for their future, the two are moving ahead with a new band by the name Like Violet. Check out the post they made last night on YouTube to share the news with fans. Stay up-to-date with the Like Violet online:

Last night, Universal CityWalk’s 5 Towers was rockin with performances by Carly Rae Jepsen and Midnight Red. If you were there, you might’ve noticed a few of our favorites in the crowd, including Kenton Duty (Shake It Up), Savannah Jayde (Big Time Rush),  Amber Lily and Alex & Ariel Moore.

The way things are going, it looks as if the Top 4 ranked acts are the only ones contending for the win of Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star contest. The 1 and 2 spots have changed a few times, as well as 3 and 4, but it appears that acts ranked 5 and below aren’t getting the turnout they need to win. However, keep in mind that there’s a little less than one month left and every vote is going to be important to win. I can think of 3 great acts worthy of your support. Drop by Macys/iHeart.com/Macys/ to cast your votes.

Another Jonas marriage? Yesterday, Greg Garbowsky (Ocean Grove) who’s been a member of the Jonas Brothers band since day one, tied to the knot with singer/songwriter Paris Carney. Guests pictured above include: Ashley Greene, Caitlin Crosby (actress/singer), Joe Jonas, John Taylor (Jonas Brothers Band), Katelyn Tarver (Big Time Rush), Kevin Jonas, Lisa Origliasso (The Veronicas), Nick Jonas, Tim Chaddick (Pastor at Reality LA), Victoria Clemmons (singer) and Zane Carney (Carney).

Wow, these are really good! Hollywood Records new act, Cherri Bomb has a new Teenage Rock Diaries video update featuring 15 year old drummer, Nia Lovelis. In it she shares about fun on the road and her love for drummers and animals. Watch it on VEVO.

Anna Margaret and BG5 without label, OneRepublic want to see your Good Life, Katelyn Tarver’s It’s Good, Elizabeth Gillies talks with TV Guide, Allisyn Arm tricks So Random audience, Radio Disney pulls a fast one with Christina Grimmie, The Black Eyed Peas and Friends Concert 4 NYC

June 9th, 2011

T2 Exclusive: Just over two months ago, Hollywood Records announced that they had signed Bridgit Mendler to a recording contract. After doing some digging around, it appears as if there have been some other adjustments made to their roster. I’ve been able to get confirmations that Anna Margaret and BG5 are no longer with the label. I wouldn’t be surprised if BG5 has a deal with a new label by the end of the summer.

OneRepublic stopped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Wednesday night to perform their hit single Good Life. The guys want to see how all of their fans are living the Good Life with a new online scrapbook on their official site. Fans can upload their own photos into the book via Twitter and whoever the band deems as living the good life the most will win a personalized video from the entire band as well as a signed photo. Visit OneRepublic.net/goodlife for more details.

Worth the wait! Katelyn Tarver has posted the audio of her new song, It’s Good from her debut EP, A Little More Free on YouTube. It will be available at iTunes on June 14th. Be sure to catch her on tour with Honor Society. Keep the dream alive KT!

Elizabeth Gillies recently sat down with TV Guide to chat about the crossover show, iParty with Victorious, along with details on the future of her character Jade.

Super sneaky! Last week in our interview with Allisyn Arm, she admitted that in public she was rarely noticed because it’s her crazy hair style worn only on the show that typically gives her away. This week she had fun with that by walking through the So Random audience waiting line with castmate Audrey Whitby and asking people what they were waiting for?

Does your vote even matter? This Saturday, the Radio Disney Music Mailbag will feature Christina Grimmie‘s new song – Advice. It’s up to you to decide if they add it to their playlist… or is it? For over two weeks the song has been listed as a track you can request at RadioDisney.com.

Looking good!!! Here’s a brand new promo photo of Kicking Daisies, featuring Ben’s new hairstyle.

Out of the ashes of No More Drama, a new group emerges. While Ariel Moore focuses on a solo career, members of her previous act have formed a new group – Dollface. It includes NMD members: Kimberly, Brittany, Breanne and Lorelei plus newcomer Helene.

Tonight, The Black Eyed Peas and Friends Concert 4 NYC will take place in Central Park. BEP will be live streaming their concert at 6:35pm CST to benefit the Robin Hood Foundation which fights poverty in New York City. The show is completely free and will feature the Peas performing fan-favorites including their new single, Don’t Stop The Party, along with some of their best friends. Fans who can’t make the show can see the stage like never before with 360-degree live camera angles which let them control their viewing experience at livestream.com/blackeyedpeas. The full concert will also be streaming on VEVO.com. For donation information and more details visit blackeyedpeas.robinhood.org.
