Saturday night CBS Radio hosted We Can Survive, a one-of-a-kind concert celebration in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, featuring live performances by The Weeknd, Calvin Harris, Maroon 5, Sam Smith, 5 Seconds of Summer, Demi Lovato, and Nick Jonas from the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

The evening kicked off with a special VIP pre-show soundcheck experience with 5 Seconds of Summer for select Citi cardmembers featuring an exclusive performance with the band and a Q&A moderated by AMP Radio host Booker.

Fifteen years ago, Aaron Carter released his single That’s How I Beat Shaq. Entertainment Weekly has the details on how the little prince of pop was able to get one of the biggest basketball stars to appear in his music video.

The Tragic Thrills (f. Zach Porter) have launched a campaign on Indiegogo to raise funds for their 2nd full-length album. Perks include a Digital Download ($15), a Physical copy of the album ($20), as well as upper end options that include an album credit and private party.

On October 30th, the teen glitter-punk act Doll Skin will release their debut EP In Your Face on EMP Records, Founded By Megadeth’s David Ellefson and Distributed by MRI/RED. The group formed in Arizona in 2013 when vocalist Sydney Dolezal (15), guitarist Alex Snowden (16), bassist Nicole Rich (17), and drummer Meghan Herring (19) met while attending the Scottsdale School of Rock.
