Find out more about Kalin & Myles’ new song, Brokenhearted. Get all the details at YouTube.

In a digital world where everyone has an opinion and the ability to share it, it’s sometimes easy to forget that the people on the other side of those computer screens are living humans with thoughts and hopes and dreams of their own. This distorted world view becomes even more apparent when dealing with celebrities – people who we often forget feel pain just as deeply as we do.

But when To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) founder Jamie Tworkowski boarded a plane earlier this week, it did not matter to him that the young man he saw visibly struggling was Aaron Carter. All he saw was someone who needed a friend amidst a wave of harsh judgment and criticism from people who took Aaron’s words and twisted them to fuel their own agendas.

Jamie reached out to Aaron that day to assure him that he was not alone, but after their all-too-brief conversation found that he still had so much more that he wished to say. He penned his latest blog post, To the Guy in 15F as a way of continuing that conversation and reaching out to Aaron and anyone like him.
