Quote of the Day:
“I feel like tour is summer camp.. I always cry when it’s coming to an end.”
Demi Lovato

Did you watch? Last night MTV kicked off another show with someone we’ve enjoyed watching over the past few years – Jazmin Whitley. To kick off the show in style she attended the premiere party for House of Jazmin at Live on Sunset in Hollywood, CA. Among those attending was a face who’s done plenty modeling for Li Cari, Zoe Myers (pictured above with Jazmin). If seeing all this great clothing has got you in a shopping mood, be sure to visit mylicari.com.

Congrats to Gena P. of Sanford, FL! She won a copy of Hannah Montana: The Movie on DVD, courtesy of Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment and Tommy2.Net.

MTV.com is currently hosting Kristinia DeBarge’s new music video for Sabotage. Click here to watch the VMA nominee in a whole new role. You can also go behind the scenes of the video directed by Taj at MySpace.

Here’s the artwork for Landon Pigg’s new album!

Could it be part of the New Moon? Not yet… but for the time being you can listen to a snippet of the song Lights Out by Frank and Derol at their MySpace. The track was inspired by the Twilight series and is currently being pitched to be on the soundtrack for the new film. What do you think?

The Bandslam Slamfest continues over at Deadline Hollywood Daily. A new writeup echoes the thoughts by many… a great movie with horrible marketing. Although what’s even more interesting is a glance through the comments. Click here to see what the fans have to say.
Degrassi still has it! The N’s Degrassi Goes to Hollywood premiere on Friday set a new record for the network, ranking as the highest-rated and most-watched telecast in the network’s history with total viewers (977,000) and teens (511,000). The premiere of The N’s first-ever original TV movie delivered more teens 12-17 for The N on Friday during the 8-10 p.m. time period than any other broadcast or ad-supported cable network.

Russian Pop Star Lera Koslova, formerly of the hit all girl pop/rock band Ranetki was attacked by a group of teenagers in Kiev last week. Last year, Koslova left the band to launch a solo career and has been featured on more magazine covers this year than any other female Russian pop star. In a press interview with Russias #1 social networking site, @Mail.ru, it was revealed that Lera and Robert Pattinson were the two most popular searches among Russian teen girls. Lera is okay, and is expected to make a full recovery. (Source: kp.ru)
Why aren’t the songs playing on MySpace? Tech Crunch as a write up that points out that MySpace has disabled the feature to save money. Yes, apparently streaming all of those songs costs the company about $10 million dollars a month! For the full story by Michael Arrington, click here.
Today at 11:00am Central, Jessie James will be dropping by MTV to make a guest appearance on Its On With Alexa Chung. Then at 8pm Central, Ashley Tisdale will be performing on NBC’s America’s Got Talent.
