Deadline.com is reporting that Nickelodeon has ordered 20-episodes of a new live-action series, Star Falls from Breakthrough Entertainment. The channel has also renewed I Am Frankie for a second season.

Yesterday, Nickelodeon provided exclusive clips to The Hollywood Reporter and Just Jared Jr. to promote Season 3 of Paradise Run, premiering last night. So how well did these media juggernauts do in getting the word out? The Hollywood Reporter video had 111 views and Just Jared Jr. had 50.

Kusewera, a non-profit that aims to empower and educate children through active and creative play, hosted its first celebrity charity basketball game at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks where all the stars came out to throw it down on the court for charity. Sponsored by Sports + Lifestyle Unlimited (SLU), Grey’s Anatomy’s Jason George emceed the two-hour game and the players and celebrity supporters included LaMonica Garrett, Becca Tilley, Eric Bigger, DaMario Johnson, Dexter Darden, Brandon Armstrong, Melody Kandil, Najee DeTiege, Shannon Decker, Sherri Saum, Taylour Paige, Famous Los, LaMonica Garrett, Elvis Nolasco, Reggie Lee, Manny Guevara among others while Michael Horton helped coach.

Families across Los Angeles came out to see the stars play and partake in the pre-game festivities where kids had their face painted and played cornhole! The game kicked off with Grammy award-winning artist J.Lauryn singing the National Anthem and throughout the event Kusewera committee member, Teri Smith shared some testimonials about the mission of the organization and the impact of play has on lives.
