Last night, Universal CityWalk’s 5 Towers was rockin with performances by Carly Rae Jepsen and Midnight Red. If you were there, you might’ve noticed a few of our favorites in the crowd, including Kenton Duty (Shake It Up), Savannah Jayde (Big Time Rush),  Amber Lily and Alex & Ariel Moore.

The way things are going, it looks as if the Top 4 ranked acts are the only ones contending for the win of Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star contest. The 1 and 2 spots have changed a few times, as well as 3 and 4, but it appears that acts ranked 5 and below aren’t getting the turnout they need to win. However, keep in mind that there’s a little less than one month left and every vote is going to be important to win. I can think of 3 great acts worthy of your support. Drop by Macys/iHeart.com/Macys/ to cast your votes.

Another Jonas marriage? Yesterday, Greg Garbowsky (Ocean Grove) who’s been a member of the Jonas Brothers band since day one, tied to the knot with singer/songwriter Paris Carney. Wow, these are really good! Hollywood Records new act, Cherri Bomb has a new Teenage Rock Diaries video update featuring 15 year old drummer, Nia Lovelis. In it she shares about fun on the road and her love for drummers and animals. Watch it on VEVO.
