Katelyn Tarver was in Nashville this week to film a new TV ad campaign for the Gospel Music Channel! The new promotional campaign features Katelyn Tarver, Michael W. Smith, BarlowGirl, Audio Adrenaline, George Huff, Canton Jones and Natalie Grant, and will air during programs such as Oprah!, Dr. Phil, 7th Heaven and more this fall. Her debut music video “Wonderful Crazy” (from the CD Wonderful Crazy) recently hit #1 on GMC, and it’s in heavy rotation on numerous outlets nationwide. Later this month, Katelyn will co-host the Miss Freedom Pageant with MJ Garrett from MTV’s The Real World, and then she’ll travel to Japan for a 2-week promotional tour, with live performances and television appearances planned in major markets. This Christmas, Katelyn will join The Jonas Brothers and The Truth Squad on select dates of the Jingle Jam Tour.

In addition to the Hannah Montana soundtrack, Disney will also be releasing “Hannah Montana: Livin’ The Rockstar Life!” on October 24th, the first Hannah Montana DVD release. With a running time of 92 minutes, this should be about 4 episodes, one of which will be a never-before-seen episode like the other Disney Channel show DVD releases. The bonus features will include: Exclusive Miley Cyrus interview – Miley On Following Your Dreams, Miley Cyrus audition tape and music videos.
During the premiere of ‘Cheetah Girls 2′ on Disney Channel, they’ll be debuting the first single off of Vannessa Anne Hudgens upcoming album!

16 year-old Country Music artist Taylor Swift performed a free concert last night at Dave & Buster’s in Nashville, Tennessee. Fans braved 90 degree heat to hear Taylor perform songs from her upcoming debut CD on Toby Keith’s Big Machine Records, including the hit single “Tim McGraw” (which is flying up the country chart!).
