AND THOSE WHO HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND
Keith Thomas
More than just a Grammy Award Winning Producer but one of the greatest guys I’ve had the opportunity to get to know. In these days you rarely find people that will drop everything for a friend in need. Thank you Keith.
Tracy Ramirez
Aren’t sisters the greatest? I just happened to end up with the best one ever and this last year with her has been a gem. Hopefully I can continue to learn from her infinite wisdom.
STAFF
Abbey S.
In 2009 we underwent a massive overhaul and Abbey has been instrumental in getting those older interview pages up-to-date. She’s also been important in getting breaking information on acts from the past, including New Kids On The Block.
Anth M.
Having Anthony as part of T2 has been such a blessing. Along with a few other staff members he was originally a regular visitor back when the site launched in 2002 and has become a key contributor. His weekly New Release column proves to be a great resource in addition to his insight into American Idol. In addition to all this, he’s created a great website of his own – insiderevolution.net.
Benji Caya
This year Benji provided us with some great video content. In addition to some great editing he got in front of the camera to do some great interviews, including An Evening of Electric Youth with Deborah Gibson.
Crystal A.
The newest member of the staff who has managed to contribute to T2 while working with a handful of other sites. She’s also got a great feel for emerging trends and recapping events.
Elyn C.
We’d be in the dark without her On Broadway segments. This year, she’s had to take a step back but I’m still thrilled to have her on board with us to provide relevant news.
Judson Collier
If you found T2 from a search engine chances are Judson played a part. In 2009 Judson did a major overhaul to the back end of the site and it’s helped boost our traffic. He’s also has laid the groundwork for the future. We’re so fortunate to have someone that not only knows what they’re doing, but has a strong passion for their work. Need help? You can get in touch with him at his website JudsonCollier.com.
Kelsey Naguszewski
This year I was able to bring Kelsey back to T2 for her insight and proofing. She’s the only other person working for T2 on a daily basis and her talents are greatly appreciated.
Kevin G.
As always, he’s got the scoop. Kevin is a genius at how the system works and digging out the news on upcoming releases before anyone else. Over the past couple years he’s proven to be a very valuable asset to the site.
Mysti Cox
Talk about raising the bar! Mysti’s broadcast background is obvious in the interviews she provides to T2. For the first half of 2009 she was a huge help taking on interviews if my schedule was booked up. I’d be lying if I didn’t say she constantly brings a smile to my face with her interviews.
Shelby Casanova
Nobody puts on more mileage than this girl when it comes to Teen related events. She’s always getting the scoop on the latest, in addition to having years of experience and knowing all of the faces and names that are in the teen/tween genre.
Zoe Myers
It’s a treat to still have Zoe lending us her talents. We first met in 2006 and in 2008 while working on a project together I pitched the idea of having her doing segments every now and then. Her talents and contributions are greatly appreciated.
Also, we can’t forget all of the previous staff members who helped in shaping T2 into what it is today – Amanda Blexrud, Andrew Chadbourn, Brandon Sammons, Chrystal Yau, Eric Shimohata, Heather Dismore, Heather Sorrenty, James Lesch, Jack Dupell, Kyle Moeller, Lyndon Braganza, Raul Moreno and Sarah Ramirez. In addition the foundation laid by those staff members we can’t forget the people who have lent their voices over the years to our podcasts including: Damon Oaks (WBMX 98.5 FM), Dave Justus (WVTI 96.1 FM), Raul Moreno (KNX 1070 AM), Terri Traen (KQRS 92.5 FM) and one of my broadcast heroes the late Tawn Mastrey (KQLZ, KNAC, KXXR, Sirius and MTV). And last but not least, designer Jane Olilla who designed all of our amazing splash art for 2009.
THE FANS!
It just keeps on going? Without traffic the site would be useless after all, it was the traffic that transformed a little blog into a daily website for Teen Entertainment. It’s really grown into something I could’ve never dreamed of and the relationships it’s led have been rewarding. This year we’ve seen new opportunities with Twitter and thank those that have retweeted and tweeted are stories. Also a big shout out to those spreading and sourcing our information at discussion boards, imdb.com and wikipedia.
